We offer FREE SHIPPING Australia-wide.
Orders placed via our secure online store will receive complimentary FAST FREE shipping Australia-wide (no minimum spend required).

Completed orders under 1 metre in size will be shipped via Parcel Post Plus and all orders over 1 metre in size (such as hardware) will be shipped via TNT Road Express Couriers. Please provide us with a business or street address when purchasing hardware items such as skis and wakeboards etc, as someone must be present at the delivery address between 9am-5pm to sign for the delivery. Please note: if you are not present when TNT attempt delivery they cannot guarantee it will be re-delivered in a timely manner because it will be allocated to an outside company which TNT have no control over, plus a re-delivery fee of $30 may be incurred in some instances. Once you order has been shipped you will be provided with a tracking number to follow the shipping progress of your order via the Australia Post or TNT websites.

We endeavour to keep our extensive online range as up-to-date as possible but if you cannot find what you're looking for, please Contact Us and we will do our best to find it for you.


If you receive an item that faulty, does not fit, or is not as described, please return it to us within 30 days of date of purchase, in the condition that you received it and we will happily exchange it or issue a refund.


To return an item received by Australia Post:

  1. Contact us on 02 69228444 and explain the reasons for your return
  2. Once you have received approval to return your item/s.
  3. Pack all items in a secure satchel or carton.
  4. Affix a label to your package, but please DO NOT stick the label directly on to the item's original packaging or we will not accept the return.

  1. Visit your local Post Office and send your parcel. For security reasons, we recommend using registered post because Riverina Marine Centre will not be held responsible for lost returns.
  2. Once received in our warehouse, we will inspect the goods and process your return in a timely manner.
  3. Once it has been processed you will be emailed an order update to notify you of the outcome of your return.
  4. If your returns is approved, we will ship any exchanged items back to you free of charge.

To return an item received by TNT Express Couriers:

  1. Contact us on 02 69228444 and explain the reasons for your return.
  2. If your return is approved, we will organize TNT to collect the goods on a date that is convenient with you.


All items returned for refund or exchange must be returned in the original condition with tags attached. Any packaged goods must be returned with the packaging in its original condition or WILL NOT be accepted. Boxed/Packaged Goods: Please note that if you are wanting to exchange or return boxed goods, they must be returned to us in the original unmarked box and in as new condition. When the boxed item is posted back, please ensure you pack the box inside a satchel, please do not stick anything directly on to the outside of the original box. Should the packaging be marked or in unsatisfactory condition the exchange or refund may not be accepted.
